Donating on Localgiving is quick and easy, and it isn’t often that something will go wrong.
Incomplete donations occur either when the page has timed out (i.e. you’ve been away from the donation page for a while) or there is an error with the PayPal website. We like you to have a record of incomplete transactions in your ‘My Donations’ section just as a shop would give you a ‘VOID’ receipt.
Incomplete donations will remain on your account as a reference, and for this reason you won’t be able to complete them, however simply go through the donation process again to make sure your chosen charity receives your funds.
